The pan looks really nice on my stove, and overall I like it. The only thing is the handle feels sorta odd after using it for a while. It’s not terrible or anything, just not quite as comfortable as I was expecting.

I bought this T-fal pan from their site because in my head T-fal just meant “safe choice for nonstick,” especially for quick eggs and pancakes. I figured I wouldn’t have to think about it much, but the heating is really uneven. The middle gets too hot while the edges stay kind of pale, so everything ends up cooking weirdly.
The nonstick seemed fine for the first couple of weeks, then eggs started sticking even when I used oil. The bottom has also warped a little, so now it rocks on my stove, which makes it even more annoying. I wanted an easy everyday pan, and this just hasn’t been it...

The nonstick works well, to be fair. Eggs slide off easily enough, which is nice, though I was kind of hoping to be a little more impressed.

I tried to return a pan, i keep wondering if I somehow made it more complicated than it needed to be, but I don’t think so. It took forever to get a response, and then they asked me for the same information I’d already sent. Now it’s been weeks and the refund still hasn’t shown up. I’m tired of following up just to get my own money back. I really don’t see myself ordering from t-falusa.com again.

I grabbed this set on sale, it’s been worth it. They’re not anything fancy, but they cook well and clean up easily. For the price, you really can’t complain, I’m happy with them.

I tried ordering a pan, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card details. Eventually the payment went through, but then I didn’t get any confirmation email for two days. I had to chase them to find out what was going on, and customer service only sent back a generic copy-and-paste reply. it was way more hassle than it should’ve been. I’ll just buy from somewhere else next time.

It does clean okay, but some spots are hard to get clean for me. I thought it would do a little better, but it’s not bad, just not perfect.

I’m still waiting on my order and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Seems like shipping is always a hassle with stuff like this, and it’s frustrating

I reached out to T-fal because my pan started peeling while it was still under warranty. Filling out the form was simple, so I thought the rest would be straightforward too.

Then they asked for photos and my receipt, which made sense. But after I sent everything in, I kept getting the same canned replies, and because of that, the whole process stretched out for weeks before I knew what they were going to do.

They did eventually offer a replacement, so the issue got solved in the end. I still like the pan, but the slow warranty support made the experience way more frustrating than it needed to be

I used T-Fal to look up a pan, it was straightforward. The categories were easy to understand, and I didn’t have to click around forever just to find the product details I wanted.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the site was a little slow on my phone here and there, which kind of felt like something they could’ve smoothed out by now. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make browsing slightly annoying for a minute. Overall, it worked fine and got the job done.

Not sure what happened with the quality here, but the coating started chipping way sooner than I expected and the pan just didn’t hold up. Kind of feels like durability wasn’t exactly the priority. Disappointing overall

I had to reach out to T-fal because a part was missing from my order. Customer service got back to me quick and didn’t make it a whole hassle, which I appreciated. It did take a few days for the part to show up, but they were nice about it and kept me updated along the way. Overall, it was a good experiance

My pan has held up well after months of daily cooking, and it still works fine. That said, I’ve started to feel a bit less trusting of it over time, mostly because I’m watching for signs that it might not last as well as I first thought
